★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Because of a rescheduled flight I had to book an extra day for a car (rebooking was not an option). They didn't manage to put those two reservations together! and made me come to the rent station after the first day only just to sign the contracts. Besides that they even cashed extra for those few hours I came later on the first day.
The worst rent a car experience in my entire life and a borderline for the theft.
Beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware that they do not want you to note small damages on the handover protocol when collecting the car. However, they will charge you for the same small damages on the car and rims at return. They are not receptive to discussion and simply withdraw the money from your card as they know you have left the island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. All fast, proffesional, almost new car (approx 20K km). What we extremely appreciated was car return outside of opening hours due to our early flight. It maybe worked with full incurance coverage only, don't know. We simply left keys in the box in the airport hall/arrivals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with this company was excellent. I'm always nervous about going with a new car company, especially in Sicily, and when I read bad reviews. But it couldn't have gone better and I wanted to give a special recommendation to Irene, the lady who served us both at pick up and drop off. She was really friendly and professional. We arrived at midnight, an hour after the car rental booth was scheduled to close but Irene had waited for our delayed flight. Drop off was also really quick and simple. Will use this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are running a scam operation. If you don’t buy their insurance, they will claim you damaged their vehicles and will automatically charge you for it. I asked about the small scratches on the car prior to taking the car and they said not to even worry about small items, but only big damage. WRONG!!! They charged me $450 for scratches on the rear bumper that were not my fault. And the car was damaged all over. They collect the money for the damage, never get the car fixed, and then repeat with someone else. Rinse and repeat over and over. To dispute the charge you need pictures of the car when you take it. Who takes pictures before they leave with the car? What a joke. Complete scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, would appreciate if rental would give us an actual car we have booked. Otherwise very polite staff and fast service. At the pickup, girls helped to document all little scratches on the car Which means they would never rip you off. Drop off was amazingly fast, just 5 minutes. Great rental company.
