Was a little bit hard to find the office originally but eventually found the office to do the paperwork before you pick up the car. Went to pick up my 116d M-sport and it was clean, and fully gassed. Sorry I returned with very little gas because I couldn't find a station but just paid for it in the end but worth the convince in the end. Well worth it and plan an coming back

Tragic service! We are disgusted. We traveled with two young children and lost a lot of time and nerves by the service! Our contract has been lost! We were supposed to drive a Volkswagen T-Roc, and we got the keys from the Fiat 500 ... in turn, the child seat was issued damaged (seat belts did not fasten), it was not put on for us only after a reminder, it was put on and replaced with a new one. The contract has been changed. Please imagine how much nerves and time it cost us. At the end, our deposit was refunded 40 EUR less, because 5 liters of fuel were missing ... We were promised a refund of EUR 20 ... but we can't see the money until today! We advise you to stay away from such a company !!

On January 6, 2022 I rented a car for 3 days from Sixt at Rome’s Fiumicino airport. It was 7:45am and evening though opening time was at 8:00am when I asked Cecilia who was at the desk if she was able to help me she responded with a big smile and said β€œsure. ” Throughout the whole process Cecilia was helpful. She offered information instead of just responding if I asked a question. She was quick and efficient but more importantly made me feel that she enjoyed her job and was really focused on helping me. In my experience the kind of cheeriness and positivity Cecilia exuded is sorely missing in most of the service industry these days. I will use Sixt when i return to Rome specifically because of how Cecilia represented her company when interacting with me. She is an excellent ambassador for Sixt and should probably be the trainer for all new agents Sixt employs……Ken Schunk

Excellent Staff and Service. The cars are beautiful and run great. Drop off is fast and easy. All in all, this seldom happened to me to find in one single place that all boxes checked out 100 % for our trip. I am a Sixt fan now.

Eleanora was simply wonderful! She was a fantastic salesperson while also being honest and straightforward. We felt like we were given all of our options clearly and left to choose what was best for us, with her suggestions influencing our choices in a way that was skilled and informative without being pushy. We were lucky to have her helping us with our initial rental process and then by coincidence she was also present when we returned our car. Our final inspection was thorough but went quickly enough and she offered us to email her if we had any additional questions, and also helped us with advice about what to do to leave the airport and go to our next destination. We wish we could have her as our attendant for every car rental!! Grazie Eleanora, you are the best!! :)

The reception staff were wonderful. Cecilia catered to all my needs, was attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. She also left me her direct work email so I could contact her directly in case of need. Cecilia's care was very much appreciated. The handover crew were also good. The one thing that caused a major chagrin was, unfortunately, the return. Clearly not the fault of the employees but I suggest the management needs to provide better signage for keys return box in the after-hours (forget "better"; any signage would help!). I dropped the car off at 4 am and spent over 25 minutes looking for my way to drop off the keys. At the end, had to leave them with the airport security before my flight. Only thanks to Cecilia I had an email address to inform the agency of what happened. Many thanks to the staff at the branch! You guys were great, and I will definitely come again the next time I'm in Rome. Eli

Rented a car and pointed out a small scratch to the inside attendant, as it was not on the contract. He assured me that it was too small to worth noting. Nevertheless, I took photos to be on the safe side and signed the contract. Returned the car to a different attendant, who noted the presence of the scratch. I showed him the photos, and he said that while he was going to mark the scratch on the return contract, I wouldn't be liable as I provided photos. Weeks later, Sixt sends a bill for 500 euro. I explained my case and provided photos. They have the gall to say that the above explanation and provided photos do not suffice, and are threatening litigation. Advice: Do not rent from these crooks. But if you do, have the freaking attendant mark every single scratch on the car because apparently photos/videos mean nothing to these crooks.

Liars! I reserved through Expedia for $600, total. When I arrived, they ignored my reservation and repriced my rental to $800. They charged me in Euro's a much higher insurance rate than the $11 a day I should have been charged. I then paid even more in taxes on the final Invoice. I returned before they were open in Milan. I was completely lied to. $1100 for a VW T-Roc, plus it was filthy inside.Never use this company for a rental.
