★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato una Fiat panda (targata FJ591TP) presso l'aeroporto di Catania dal giorno 15/08/ 2017 al 15/08. Alla consegna mi hanno fatto attendere 1 ora perché 'auto non era pronta,nel frattempo mi invitavano in maniera troppo insistente a sottoscrivere una polizza a copertura della franchigie.Arriva l'omino con le chiavi e mi mandano nel parcheggio da solo per il ritiro Alla riconsegna l'incaricato ha come prima cosa controllato la serratura del lato guida, ed immediatamente mi ha detto che la chiave non girava, e dovevo pagare la riparazione. Nessun segno di scasso, mi fanno notare che sul contratto vi era scritto :serratura ok. Troppe coincidenze non assolutamente credibili. Morale ,254 € addebitati sulla carta.
I rented a Fiat panda (license plate FJ591TP) at the Catania airport from 15/08/2017 to 15/08. On delivery they made me wait 1 hour because the car was not ready, in the meantime they invited me too insistently to sign a policy to cover the deductible. the person in charge checked the driver's lock first, and immediately told me that the key was not turning, and I had to pay for the repair. No sign of breaking, they point out that on the contract it was written: lock ok. Too many coincidences that are not absolutely credible. Moral, € 254 charged on the card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having initially booked a car at Goldcar, the lady at Goldcar tried to scam me by not releasing the car unless I payed for insurance which cost three times as much as the rental. I then came to Thrifty, who arranged a car for me within 15 minutes, at the same cost as my original Goldcar booking, but with a nice attitude. Returning the car was equally as easy. A rare smooth experience in renting a car at an airport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking service, wait an nearly two hours queuing for desk service to get car. Part of Hertz, not separate. Once got to desk didn't have an automatic car I ordered offered smaller less robust car as alternative, once got another car, wait another hour for car keys, unbelievable. Don't use.
