★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 star. We had the worst experience with this rental company. They gave us a car that after 60km broke down. Not only that but we needed it to fix it! It’s absolutely unbelievable! They were extremely rude. Stay away for this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car rental ever. I have rented a car for over a month and when I brought the car back they charged me for damages which I haven't done. When I have asked for more details about it, the complaint area which I was dealing with, didn't even bother to answer, they just send me an invoice and charged my credit card. I wish I could give 0 as rate. Stay away from those people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired a car in Perugia on 29th March and would never use them again. The car stunk of cigarettes, the car was very noisy, and the service was dreadful- no one to receive the car back, and after 48 hours still no confirmation that the car was received in good condition . Final nail - is you have to return car back with 3 out of 8 bars on the fuel gauge - a ploy to make you pay more money than you need. Avoid at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doh! Wish I would have read these negative reviews before renting with EcoVia. You will always find a low rate, but the whole thing is a scam. They get you to rent and then find hidden scratches when you return the car for which you are responsible to pay, and they make their money this way. This is an old rental car scam mostly nonexistent in modern countries, but Italy is clearly backwards in this regard. If you rent with this scam company, be sure you take photos and video of every square centimeter of the car inside and out before you drive away. I missed the front wheel when I took photos and of course they found a scratch there when I returned the car and I had to pay an additional 200 euros.
