★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we got the car brand we had booked, it was quite dented, but - then we were not as nervous about driving on the curved roads of the Amalfi Coast as if it had been brand new. We had chosen check in online - and it was a quite fast expedetion ( anyway, not as long as usual). The car was fine and economical. We had to call for help, to get into the parking house for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a bit hesitant to rent here given the rating and reviews. However, all was smooth. Pickup took no longer than 5 minutes, car was clean, return was also smooth. Didn't feel hassled at all into getting any insurance or whatever. Would use again

We had reservation at 11pm, and we couldn’t get any car because no one from my crew had credit card. (Only debit)
We couldn’t manage nothing for deposit with debit card at the desk (they didn’t want to hear us at all), so we were left without car, and without money paid for reservation.
They have policy that they don’t return nothing up to 200€ within 72 hours so be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, were extremely professional and helpful with finding the possible solutions regarding an expired credit card. Fast pickup and car drop-off. We have used Sicily by Car also at the Pisa Airport and always had good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our little car, and it was great for driving up mountains and parking. Customer service was challenging online, but fine when collecting and dropping off the car. However, we did struggle to find the drop off location at Rome airport, and would have benefited knowing exactly where they were located: car park C, level 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure about others experience here but ours was outstanding!!! I've rented cars all over the world and this was one of the easiest ever.
Following the signs to the rental car counter which is located in the second high rise tower outside the terminal is easy. It's also right upstairs from the train station if coming by rail.
The check in pricess was super quick and painless as well.
The cars are on level c of parking garage and also easy to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time renting in Italy and I had an excellent experience. The pick up is in the same place as all the other companies in the terminal and the staff were friendly, efficient and attentive - we had the keys in the ignition within 15 minutes.
The car itself was spotless and in perfect condition. This was also the cheapest company that we found so I would strongly recommend using Sicily By Car - my deposit was returned in full a few days after drop off.
