★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are traveling to the US make sure you go to the Gucci location after you pass through customs. The location before customs makes you file for the VAT refund and you only get back 12.5% whereas if you purchase after customs the price is already minus 19% without having to file for a refund. The associate at the first location did not inform us that there was another location even though he knew we were flying to the US. Very poor, dishonest service that resulted in us losing 6.5% and having to stand in the refund line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! Shopping at this Gucci store was the worst experience of my life! The male seller was very nice I asked him how many belts and bags can I purchased them. I picked something for my sister, my husband, and myself. We’ve been waiting for 45 minute for a old female seller to put in my email, she asked my sister’s and my email over and over again, I didn’t understand why she needed so many emails. After 40mintues she told me we can only buy 1 thing. If we want to buy more, we need to shop at the online store. That’s was so ridiculous! We came to this store because it’s duty free. We had two passports and I was told the maximum for 2 customers was 4 belts and 3 bags when we walked in. She wasted our time, I like Rome but this experience ruined my vacation
