E' davvero piacevole quando un'amministrazione dello Stato, mediante un proprio referente, è in grado di dare un servizio eccellente al cittadino. Grazie. N	Natasha Vietchinkina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The state border police has not let my friend enter Italy because she did not have a return ticket - she planned a return trip by a car of our friend. The officer asked for a return ticket, we bought it and sent to the police, however, no responce - and my friend is kept in a closed room from 07:30 am with a weaponed police control, without a possibility to go and buy some food, etc. Noone responds to my requests on the status of her case, and instead of spending these 2 days in Rome and fly back with her return flight purchased after police request, she has to spend it with suspicious people in this closed room waiting for a free return flight enforsed by the police.
