Ricordo un giorno che dovevo fare una denuncia con un mio amico, e la poliziotta neanche ci ha fatto parlare, bensì ci ha semplicemente lasciato un foglio da compilare e, scocciata del fatto che avrebbe dovuto aspettare 5 minuti piuttosto che andarsene subito, ha portato il foglio dentro una stanza per timbrarlo, e celo ha dato sbuffando. Dopo di che se ne è andata. Mah. Non so se gli altri sono così, ed anzi spero di no Want to work, zero. I remember one day that I had to make a complaint with a friend of mine, and the policewoman didn't even let us speak, but she simply left us a sheet to fill in and, annoyed that she would have to wait 5 minutes rather than leave immediately, she brought the sheet in a room to stamp it, and gave it by puffing. Le 5 stelle le do perché dopo una classica media attesa, al ritiro dopo la firma con mio stupore ho notato che sull'altezza veniva posto 17! L' ho fatto notare e in pratica il passaporto e' stato rifatto in meno di 10 minuti passando come urgenza At the time taken to make appointment online passport. Chiamo tutti i giorni per sapere dovè il mio passaporto a che punto stà e nessuno risponde, gli mando un e-mail e mi ritorna in dietro perche non accettano e-mails da sconosciuti. Sono piu di 2 mesi che hanno il mio passaporto e non si sono degnati di farmi sapere una singola informazione. Purtroppo non vivo in Italia e non posso andarci di persona. If I could give it less than a star I would have. I call every day to find out where my passport is at and where no one answers, I send him an e-mail and he comes back to me because they don't accept e-mails from strangers. I have had my passport for more than 2 months and have not deigned to let me know a single piece of information. Unfortunately I don't live in Italy and I can't go there in person.
A	Andrea Contrasto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. 6 ore di attesa per rinnovare un passaporto che doveva essere emesso con urgenza. Prima si può fare, poi non si può fare, poi mi cacciano dicendo che non hanno tempo da perdere, poi mi dicono che se hanno tempo forse me lo faranno più tardi.. ogni mezz'ora si prendono una pausa di venti minuti per mangiare o fare i loro comodi. Tutti che si sentono superiori e si permettono di trattarti come un idiota. Durante le mie 6 ore di attesa una signora è scoppiata in lacrime perché gli è stato detto che "non deve rompere le palle". Poverina, chiedeva solo una ricevuta per l'operazione che aveva fatto, in quanto, senza quella ricevuta, avrebbe rischiato l'espulsione dal paese (e alla fine si scopre che l'impiegata semplicemente non sapeva come si fa ad emettere una ricevuta). Altre persone sono andate via arrabbiate per la scortesia con la quale sono state "accolte". Un ragazzo australiano ha chiesto aiuto per la compilazione di un questionario in quanto non parlava un italiano perfetto (e lo sappiamo tutti che domande assurde ci sono sui questionari) è un operatore da un'altra stanza ha strillato "vai a imparare l'italiano allora, questo non è il paese di pulcinella" (sono curioso di sapere se questo operatore parla bene l'inglese almeno la metà di come quel ragazzo parla italiano). Insomma, uno schifo. Gli uffici pubblici non si smentiscono mai. Bad. 6 hours of waiting to renew a passport that was to be issued urgently. First it can be done, then it cannot be done, then they hunt me saying that they have no time to waste, then they tell me that if they have time, maybe they will do it later .. every half hour they take a twenty minute break to eat or make them comfortable. All who feel superior and allow themselves to treat you like an idiot. During my 6 hours of waiting a lady burst into tears because she was told that "she mustn't break her balls". Poor thing, she only asked for a receipt for the operation she had done, since, without that receipt, she would have risked expulsion from the country (and in the end it turns out that the employee simply did not know how to issue a receipt). Other people went away angry at the rudeness with which they were "welcomed". An Australian boy asked for help in completing a questionnaire as he did not speak perfect Italian (and we all know that absurd questions are on the questionnaires) he is an operator from another room he shrieked "go learn Italian then , this is not the country of pulcinella "(I'm curious to know if this operator speaks English at least half as well as that boy speaks Italian). In short, it sucks. Public offices never deny.

Professionalism, availability and courtesy, especially in the light of the fact that the agents and the superintendent had a relationship with an elderly and emotionally shaken person.
