★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, extremely racist staff, and extremely bad experience. They treat students like criminals. We are students and studying the same university you are sitting in. For God sake, learn some manners. I have never experienced this type of unprofessional behavior. The officer who deals with the students, he talks like he is drunk. He has no manners at all. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

In my situation I was able to get a new appointment date for the Permesso di Soggiorno for which I had missed earlier due to COVID-19. The process became smooth and easy and as an international student I had an great experience with them.
