β β β β β Stay away from this office! I rent a car form friday evening to sunday evening and the clerk apply extra charges for late pick up (20h52= 40β¬ ) without telling me and he charged me for an extra day as he pick up the key on Monday morning. It was clearly a scam!
I had to send my flight ticket to the customer service in order to have a refund as everything was automatically taken from my account.
To conclude, there is many rental agencies in Ciampino so avoid this one and go for a more respectable one.

β β β β β What a terrible welcome at this sixt station by the so called 'branch manager'. When we wanted to check out the car before signing the papers, he almost lost it. Also he frequently stressed the fact we would have been very late (15 minutes after pick - up time). Not cool, not customer service oriented at all.

β β β β β DO NOT CHOOSE SIXT in Italy!!!!
I've prebooked online a car with SIXT, payed an horrendous amount in the hope to NOT have any difficulties. They still keep sending me bills for tickets I didn't get, even after one year. And the most outrageous part was when they claimed I had brought back the car too late, just to charge me an extra day and forged (!!!!!!!) the contract afterwards. I luckily had kept my contract and could get my money back.
And now, one year later, they try again and are sending me weird bills again. Just don't go there.

β β β β β We rented a car for a week in Italy. It was mid-July and when we arrived, the car we had ordered wasn't available. Though, we got an even better car - an automatic Peugeot, which worked like a dream.
The entire process wasn't completely smooth, but that was mostly because we ordered through a third-party company (holidayautos), so it took a bit over an hour for us to pick up the car. When we had to return a car, it didn't take more than a few minutes! Next time we'll try to book directly through Win Rent and hopefully it'll be an even better experience.
The owner was very sweet as well, he did his best to appease us. Unfortunately I don't exactly remember his name, but he had been there for a long time and his name was something the likes of Enzo.
Sorry Mr. for not remembering your name, but I'd still like to thank you for your efforts!
