The luggage arrived Florence airport 24 hour ago, and they promise to deliver yesterday. Nothing happens yesterday - today they still promise to deliver - still nothing happen! They do not answer the telephone after 10 - 20 times calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not good - service???? NO!
