★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most dishonest and fraudulent company i have ever dealt with. The operative in Brindisi lied directly to my face regarding damage to the car, and provided a tablet for signature whilst saying specifically that there was no damage (the paper form was not completed). I have provided photographic evidence that the damage was on the vehicle upon pickup and have contacted the UK European Consumer Centre. I have been saddled with a €375 euro bill for absolutely no damage whatsoever.
I wholeheartedly suggest that you do not trust this lying, deceitful company, however cheap the initial rate appears to be.

They found a car for me and said the rent was 140 euros.
- I said ok.
They actually asked me and my friend to drive (with his car) from the airport to the center of Florence to pick up the car.
- We said ok, fine.
I paid a deposit of 400 euros and signed the papers. We drove to the city center, picked up the car.
The next day I delivered the car.
Two days after delivering the car at the airport, they dropped the deposit of 400 euros - but charged me for 200 euros.
They actually added 60 euros for the insurance, which I thought was included in the price.
Scams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scamcompany. Take picture of each damage. They fooled us and said that a dent that was when we picked it up was our fault. They marked it as a scratch and then forced us to pay!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst rent car i had a problem, they charged me with my card and when i arrived they told me they didnt accept it and they cancelled my reservation. In the office they told me they were going to make a full refund and now they are telling me they cant make a full refund. If you have a problem with them they are not going to solve it. Dont rent a car with them! Please! I went to locauto, excelente service!

They charged us $200+ USD for a “stolen car part” that was already missing from the car when they first gave it to us. The absolute worst. After charging us without prior notification, we insistently called them only to find no answer. Horrible service!!!! 0/5 stars
