Scammers don't pick you up at the pick-up point, they keep the money, then they offer you another worse car full of scratches and ask for exorbitant bails

They do not unlock the deposit on the credit card. Even if they tell you they did it. Shameful. Don't use it.

Assim como outros casos relatados aqui, você contrata um seguro com eles e depois é obrigado a contratar outro no balcão no momento de pegar o carro.
MAI, IN NESSUN MODO, NOLEGGIARE UN'AUTO CON LORO!
Proprio come gli altri casi riportati qui, si assume un'assicurazione con loro e poi è obbligato assumerne un altro al balcone al momento del ritiro dell'auto.
NEVER, IN ANY WAY, RENT A CAR WITH THEM!
Just like other cases reported here, you hire insurance with them and then you are required to hire another at the counter when picking up the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite and professional staff at first. But.. my car (a Fiat, nothing like promised on the website) seemed much used and abused before me. It shuddered so much at 90 km/h on the front end on the motorway that I had to stop, fearing that my front wheel would come off. I am talking very unsafe, beyond uncomfortable!
Their admin charges can hit out of the blue (they charged me EUR 42 for providing name and address to local authorities for a parking ticket!!!).
Stay away -- Firefly is a bargain that you'll pay for twice. Prepare to be politely screwed!

Catastrophic service, 2 hours waiting and surprise 200 euros surcharge that was not included in the booking price and not even an option to cancel. Understaffed, badly organised, unfriendly, unhelpful, frustrating and passive aggressive.
