C	Carlos Gutiérrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are sharks. I went to their office as another rent a car company didn't have a booked car available. The person offered me a car for a price of €750.-, I showed to him that with an online broker the price with them: same company/car/conditions was €633.- He said that he only accepts these requests after "3 hours" if he does it at all (although he said they have enough car available). He was very rude. Next day a rented a car in another company next door for €395.-!!!

They made me wait for 2 hours today to get my car, my booking was on 12 pm and I came on 11 am to prevent any delays, but the worker there told me to wait outside till he calls me. He brought 4 customers before me and finished them, then he finished with me at 1 pm. Gave me a car that was not sanitized, smelled like food and there was food and oil on the gear, glasses and door handles. I asked him to give me a cleaner car he told me to wait again, then he told me I should be nicer to him, then he told me go wait outside till I come to you. Imagine after all that he didn’t change the cat for me! Worst service ever, even the call center didn’t help me. The rate of the car was so high on top of that. Last time for me, don’t rent from them!! Be careful unless you want to lose your time and mind.
P	Philip Lockwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst. Ever. Two hours outside of Florence, their car’s engine died. Hours of waiting (not that their roadside assistance phone number is not in service, HA!). When we spoke with their agent, his only solution was for us to take a two hour taxi to pick up a new car. But the good news it we would have to pay for it! This place is a TOTAL scam. AVOID!!!! (Reference number 622013599). In response to their below—I highly doubt that they have any sense of “loyalty” to their clients when they leave them without a car for the remainder of their trip, make them pay for their own taxi when their engine fails (due to their inability to maintain their rental fleet), and fail to have an easy or clear way to call roadside assistance. Bottom line: if your rental car engine fails on a highway and you are sitting in a dangerous location, it shouldn’t take hours to contact the rental company. That said, the tow operator was amazing!

It is unbelievable that I never get a fine in my life and suddenly I rent with this company, 2 months later I get a charge on my credit card. When asked what the fine is about, I received no proof, just a vague statement there was a fine and tht they charged me a fee for that. Which is impossible as I did not break any traffic rules and took the car for literally 5 hours and did not leave it anywhere unattended or parked without paying the correct fees. SCAMMERS, NEVER AGAIN.
M	Mariana Morato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. Not recommended at all! We had to wait an hour in line to get the car. We returned the car wihtout gasoline because we didn't know what fuel it used. We had a balance of 76 euros. Somehow, I see 185 dollars on my credit card now. How did 76 euro became 185 dollars? Even charging us for the gasoline plus the 16% (that's their fee if you don't fill up the tank), it makes no sense. Thieves. Cheap is expensive. Horrible experience, not recommended at all.
