Too small, not what we had reserved and all scuffed up. The manager made it right but we had to drive to airport to exchange vehicles at airport. The Hertz airport staff was very helpful. Wasted a lot of time.
D	Dimitri Quadflieg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience and service from Hertz in Florence. Actually, let's put it straight. The most unprofessional group of rental service companies around. We pre-booked our car for collection from 10 AM, but due to flight changes, we landed later than we said we would. When we arrived just after 12 PM and got to the Hertz office at 12:30 PM, the manager gave our car away and had no other car available for us. The general manager was rude, obnoxious and arrogant with no intent to be helpful. It has been two weeks since this occurred and we still have not received our refund nor issue being resolved and had to pay a penalty for being late and not collecting the car at 10 AM as originally planned. As of writing this comment, we are still trying to get our monies back. You'd expect that if a car is booked for collection from 10 AM and to be delivered 10 AM a week later. The car would be ready for you and not be given away, even though you're a few hours late.

S	Sergio Orioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not inspect with you when you received the rental and they do not tell you if there is any damaged, when you return the car they will make you pay any detail you did not see , make sure you review the add on you wanted and you don’t. I call they and they said is my fault to believe in they, and is my problem to pay damaged which I did not do Other rental they will inspect it .

M	Maxwell Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give negative stars I would. Possibly the most unpleasant front desk women I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only did their computer system not have the required information to show a prepaid reservation through a major credit card, but they were unwilling to work with the U.S. branch that DID have all required information and showed everything was paid. They also rarely answer their phone and it has no answering machine. This office cannot make reservations, they literally just hand out cars and charge your card. They also didn't send me a final receipt, nor do they do an in-person inspection or have you fill out a pre-vehicle inspection form for any damages on the car.

However, the price I was charged after dropping off the car was ~ 20% higher than what I was quoted at time of pick up with no explanation and am still working through a billing dispute. 5 Stars for the Staff we worked with at time of pick up, 0 Stars for whomever is in charge of billing after car is returned.
