Each Tim they've claimed that they don't have the make, model, or type of vehicle that I've rented and that I'd need to upgrade at a cost. Of course that's a scam and likely illegal. Sixt needs to be honest with their customers. I don't care if there's a car shortage.
A	Allan Petersen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful! On the last day, the rental BMW X2 would not start. Tried for 90 minutes to get through to the sixt emergency line, but no answer. Recorded our attempts to start the car on video. Finally the car started. Asked for the a refund but they offered an upgrade instead. I refused and was told to take my complaint to the Head office. That's 2 months ago, and I have not heard a beep from them. Stay away folks, completely unprofessional company.
W	Wael Nakhleh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car 2 weeks ago for 4 days and went ti a business trip , the deal was to pay 330 euros insurance included and i was okay with the deal . Before taking the deal i asked them if i will pay for the km because im going to napoli and planning to drive a lot and they said of course not ! And i saw that its not included When i came back and got the car back safely one week after i saw them charging me for 2300$ for km/ and car rental tried ti talk to them and send mails and going there nobody cares! Now i found 2 other tourists that was a victims the same as me and our lawyers and handle this disaster ! Shame on this company . I used to be a good client .

A	Alexei Dereganov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general this is a good sixt branch. I am giving 4 stars because they have a very limited amount of cars. I had a sixt roulette and was given fiat 500. The only car I could have upgraded was x4 even it was low season in Florence. Comparing to other sixt branches around Europe I wish they increase their car range/availability.

Suggested cause is close to the airport ....

It took less than 10mins and the car was exactly the one I'd asked for. Return was also very straightforward although the signs to find the car rental are not great - that isnt Sixt's fault, it's Florence airport. Would definitely return to Sixt. Thank you Denise.

Very courteous. I have to say, we rent cars every week from different company, but if u want a great service and be sure to have a car in perfect conditions, Sixt is the choice. 6 stars for Irene and Sixt.
