โ โ โ โ โ Mi hanno fatto saltare la prenotazione prepagata con autoeurope. Ufficio chiuso nonostante dovesse essere aperto in base agli orari riportati. Dirottato su hertz. Hertz in overbooking senza macchine dal giorno precedente. DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE.
They made me skip the prepaid autoeurope booking. Closed office despite having to be opened according to the reported times. Hijacked on Hertz. Hertz overbooked without machines from the previous day. TO AVOID AS THE PESTE.

Update. So for some unknown reason I got a $40 rebate on the rental. No explanation just the visa credit. I would have rather had a clean car with air. But hey thanks Thrifty.

โ โ โ โ โ Awful. Waited for two hours in line and another 30 minutes to actually get the car. We were served by Hertz rather than Thrifty, who were running another two rental companies too. Lots of staff stood doing nothing.
We finally get served and are advised we have been "upgraded", but we took that as they didn't have the car we had reserved so were giving us whatever they could find, further evidenced by the same thing happening to the previous customers.
When we returned the car, there was no instruction that it was to be left with Hertz, which left us driving around trying to find the Thrifty drop off spaces.
All in all the operation there was woefully inadequate and disorganised. I won't be using Thrifty (or Hertz) ever again and strongly urge others to do the same.

โ โ โ โ โ An extra star because the car was actually really nice but otherwise this place is a scam. Booked the rental via priceline and was given the total price but at the rental counter they had an additional 'local tax' and a location surcharge of 20%. They don't even tell you this until your credit card is in the machine and payment is processing.
