P	Poppy Wonders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t have the cars they say they have !! We rented a family car for a family of five and a big trunk but got a very small car. We talked for an hour and half to get the Car we had previously ordered. Do not go there !! Disgraceful

The budget car park was complete chaos, i had to wait while my car was cleaned, the car was damaged when i got it, and then they charged me extra for use of an automatic without informing me before hand.

The desk clerk just sat there and wouldn't look at me. No help whatsoever. Stay FAR away from this company - you will regret it if you do.

I arrived at the desk with a young family having booked the car months in advance only to be told that the car had been given away as we were 1 hour ‘late’! There was no stipulation about having such an exact time slot. This was a scam. The people behind the counter had no interest in helping and were rude and insulting. Horrible experience with a horrible company. Avoid.
B	Borislav Penchev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rome Ciampino Airport location: I returned the vehicle ON TIME at 6am on Monday (early flight), as per reservation and put the keys into the out-of-hours box as instructed. The agents were supposed to inspect the car and check it out as soon as the location opens at 8am. The vehicle was checked out 2 days later and the charges on my credit card doubled. SCAM!!! The parking spots for returned vehicles was full so I parked it right behind one of the cars, blocking it, there is absolutely no way that they didn't move this car for 2 straight days. Budget.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

And in the contract was a amount that was supposed to be the deposit. What was my surprise when they charged 236,68 saying that it was the amount is the protection that I had agreed! ? I had to pay almost 400 for 3 days of rental car, when was supossed to be 80. The company say that can do nothing because I assign a contract. But I never agree with that terms. DON'T spend your money with this company! The man that attend me call SIMONA and work on budget of ciampino - Rome. Be carefull!

The lady at the desk was obviously in a rush home and ushered me through the process and kindly added additional insurance without saying anything. Signing of the contract was on a digital screen on the desk which she had already scrolled to the bottom for me to sign. This added 80e to a 40e booking. The cost of insurance was twice what I pay for annual hire car insurance. I guess this is how they get their bonuses. Never again.
B	Bash Daniel Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only positive that car was ready to go when we got there. Was fairly expensive and must be careful on the extras. Our insurance costed more than actual car rental. Make sure you check the prices in advance because they try to get you on anything especially fuel. Also car was not that clean would hage expected a better job especially in covid times.
