★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is a great find. our room had an amazing view with a small balcony. breakfasy is served every morning right outside the rooms and there is a roof deck that has spwctacular 360 views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small property is truly great, a little gem in the heart of Rome. It is right in front of the Spanish Steps with a unique view of it. Our room was big and very clean. The front desk staff recommended very special restaurants and tours.
Overall a great experience! We'll defintely choose this property again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just stayed at The View at the Spanish Steps for 3 nights and loved it! The view from our window of the Spanish Steps below was amazing and the service by the front desk staff was top notch. The hotel is very conveniently located with nearly all sights of Rome within reasonable walking distance. Although closed for repairs during our stay, the A metro line is right across the square from the Inn, providing easy access to the city. And most important, the air-conditioning worked really well! Definitely reccommend this hotel.
