★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay at this guesthouse. The location was perfect, service was excellent (Thank you, Alessandro!) and the room - furniture, beddings, minibar, a/c, toilet and bath - was top notch! We surely got good value for our money. We will definitely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 nights in May to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday. The staff very kindly left us a bottle of champagne in our room as a nice gesture. Our room was incredibly clean and modern. Our room was cleaned daily. The location is absolutely perfect for a short stay in Rome - so central for all the touristy places that one would like to visit. This was also a lot cheaper than staying in a hotel in the same vicinity. Can’t recommend this place enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This room (#101) was AMAZING! The room was spacious, but the VIEW from the large balcony was INCREDIBLE. Don't be alarmed that this is not a typical "hotel". The customer service and email/txt follow up was excellent and everything was provided for us even after we had a late check in after touring the Colosseum. This property is just 100 feet away from the top of the Spanish Steps so it's an ideal location. The room was very spacious and clean and the downstairs bathroom was very spacious with a large modern "spa-like" walk in shower. When we go back to Rome we will definitely stay here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing stay! Located in the perfect location for the Spanishsteps, the metro, and more. The Trevi Fountain is only an 8 minute walk.
The food was very clean and comfortable. The room was shocked with coffee, cookies and water. High end bath amenities.
We stayed as a family of four.
Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with my stay at this guesthouse. Alessandro, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful. Our entire trip was successful because of his hospitality. The location is top class. Its right on the Spanish Steps with walking distance to the nearest Metro station and many other local attractions like Trevi Fountain etc. Heres the view from the window of our room.
My only feedback is - The coffee machine in the room is not very user friendly. Thats it.
