The staff is very helpful.
If you are looking for big-mega hotels with traffic and carpets and this kind of staff - this is not for you! If you are looking for small (very small) place, clean, we'll design and warm - this is the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, not an hotel. These are 8 suite bed & breakfast in a very old apartment building. Rooms are dirty, noisy (no soundproof), recently reformed with low quality materials, many amenities not working as intended or utterly fake, building is under renovation, you will get all the noise from reception and neigh boors, and what is worst, unfriendly staff and very arrogant manager who doesn't care about his customers at any level. We had a booking for 3 nights and after the first night we checked out and booked in a proper hotel. Despite all our issues, San Carlo suites still charged us for 3 nights, instead of only 1 night as stated in their cancellation policies.

The conceirge team is very supportive and I got a room with awesome view. The facility is clean with great hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience! :-) This hotel and their team Mirko and Francesca really saved our anniversary trip given that the night before we had had a terrible experience at another hotel. Had it not been for them we would have left with a rather bitter taste of Rome and probably never come back but they were super sweet, helpful, welcoming and caring at all times. I call this SUPERB customer service, so thank you both for making of this one of our best holidays ever. Not only this... our executive room was spot-on with a jacuzzi and everything else we needed (i.e., wine, view to the city and super clean). Location was also ideal. We'll be forever grateful for everything you did and of course we're definitely coming back! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed what was meant to be superior room turned out to be really small room..
We were told it was newly renovated but it clearly was not..
The shower head didt work so we had to hand use the 2nd shower head that was provided which was awkward..
No plug in bathroom to straighten hair as it was the only mirror..
Mini bar wasnt working but they did fix for us.
Tv only Italian...didt allow us to connect to our laptop.
They came in and cleaned every day and replaced linen which was great ?.
Very good location
Everyone was very nice to deal with..
Due to covid-19 there is no longer reastaurant so its just use of ur bedroom.
Taxi rank just outside the door so was handy for taken to the airport.
Everything was very clean inside.
Would stay again but definitely get a bigger room ..you do need to chill after longs days walking so extra space definitely needed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps for the price point in this location, this is as good as it gets. The location is excellent and the hotel room was clean (and cleanliness forgives all hotel sins). We found the amenities lacking, for instance no tissues, miniature soaps. The bedside "table" is made of pressboard and the drawer face kept falling off. A soap dish in the shower would be a nice feature. Housekeeping was excellent. I don't know how Google came up with 4 Stars for this property. It is a decent 3 star property. I gave it three because of the prime location, fair price and it was clean.
