★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad essere situato in una posizione ideale, l'appartamento in cui ho alloggiato con le mie amiche era anche molto spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort e curato nei dettagli. Ottima anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente!
 In addition to being located in an ideal location, the apartment where I stayed with my friends was also very spacious, equipped with every comfort and attention to detail. The quality / price ratio is also excellent. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento bello perché tipico dell'epoca, ma trascurato nell' arredo e corredo. Fodera cuscino rotta, tavolo soggiorno ammaccato, tavolo pranzo graffiato. Carino il kit barba ma il sapone era per pennello. Mancavano le ciabatte. Posizione ottima. Troppo caldo non è possibile modificare la temperatura. Manca televisione nella camera da letto ma presente solo in soggiorno. Il divano letto del soggiorno non era provviso di lenzuola pulite o cambiate da poco. Presente l asciugacapelli e una buona quantità di shampoo e sapone. Cucina completa ed attrezzata, presente forno efficente ed bollitore. Nota dolente La convenzione per la colazione con il bar VyTA che non fa servizio ai tavoli, personale scostante e freddo.
Una particolare lode va fatta ad Asna la ragazza del b&b gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Il b&b ci ha consentito un check-in anticipato ed il checkout posticipato di un ora. Co ritornerei ma vorrei che migliorassero gli aspetti negativi segnalati.
Nice apartment because it is typical of the time, but neglected in the furnishings and fittings. Broken cushion cover, dented living room table, scratched dining table. The beard kit was nice but the soap was for a brush. The slippers were missing. Great location. Too hot it is not possible to change the temperature. There is no television in the bedroom but only in the living room. The sofa bed in the living room did not come with clean or recently changed sheets. There is a hairdryer and a good amount of shampoo and soap. Complete and equipped kitchen, this efficient oven and kettle. Sore point The breakfast agreement with the VyTA bar which does not provide table service, unfriendly and cold staff.
A particular praise goes to Asna the girl of the b & b kind, friendly and helpful. The b & b allowed us an early check-in and an hour late checkout. Co would go back but wish they could improve the negatives reported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a few nights with family in the terrace flat. The location is nice and its close to some famous sites of Rome. The flat and all facilities are comfortable and well kept.
As there is no reception we had to call them once from airport and then upon reaching the lane. The staff member arrived in few mins and he made us feel welcomed, he gave details about the facilities in the flat, he also kindly explained the site seeing options on a map. And then we were left undisturbed for our stay.
Our family had a good time living here. Its not like a hotel room and so it felt like a home away from our home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed their recently. The porch is excellent, but the place lacks a great deal. Two of the four AC units did not work. We were told by management that it would work eventually. It did not. The location is great, but very active district, so leaving windows open at night was problematic because of the noise. In the "master", the shower door was broken and the shower head was insufficient. We ran out of hot water for a shower lasting more than 3 minutes. There are many stairs to contend with--steps to get to the elevator even. Elevator broke while there. I'd only recommend if you go when it isn't hot and your fully capable of walking stairs while carrying heavy luggage. Great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner double booked our apartment which was already paid by us via booking.com. Very unprofesional staff who treated us like idiots. Left in the middle of Rome without booked and paid apartment, lost 4 hours to find another place nearby in the middle of season.
