Booking made 3 pm for 2 adults and 2 kids.. with written note that plane arrives 8pm and so we checkin 9-9.30pm, booking confirmed!.. despite I called property 3pm just to check if all is fine and I was said that they need to arrange for late checkin but They will send me message , I asked that if not possible i need to know it immediately and cancel it. I Was said that I will get message how to arrange. We land 7.44 pm, no cancellation from property and I receive message 7.39pm to inform me that reception closes at 8pm and no late checkin possible!!!!!! I reply and call back immediately and no answer neither call or email!!! They charged 1600 E from card and left us in the night with 2 kids on the street not answering !!!! Total Fraud CROOKS!!!! To avoid, never seen

Taxi drivers argue with you to actually drop you off in front of the building as the area in front is for pedestrians. NO ELEVATOR. Imagine lugging 50 pounds of luggage up 3 flights of narrow and angled stairs. No handrails. Extremely dangerous. The apt, while clean was very uncomfortable. Furniture was built for kids. Bedrooms extremely cramped. No wash cloths. If the second shower got any smaller, a stick man wouldn't fit in there. I would not reccomend this place to anyone with luggage, mobility issues or claustrophobia.
K	Kim Massih on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claudia, the manager, is a total crook. I wish I had read more reviews before I booked this place. I initially booked through booking.com and then Claudia emailed me and told me she would give me a better rate if I booked through the hotel directly. We discussed it and I asked her for pictures of the room (just in case). The pictures showed that the apartment had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was very spacious, so I decided to book directly with the hotel. When my family and I arrived in Rome, they tried to put us in an entirely different apartment that was not even associated with the hotel!!! I called Claudia and she denied ever sending me photos of the room we were promised. This woman is a crook and no one should ever book this hotel.
A	Annette S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are all lovely, rooms are very clean. I stayed an extra 3 nights! In the middle of shops & restaurants. Little confusing to find as it's not a hotel front, look for the gold plaque on the the wall.
S	Sophie Kamenova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome! The rooms were very spacious, all employees were friendly and responded to all our requests. The rooms are equipped with coffee and tea and the beds are very large and comfortable. It also has beautiful and traditional interior which adds on to the Italian vibes. The location is very central and close to all major landmarks. Overall I would definitely stay here again when i come back to Rome!

There are tons of other nice hotels in the area (that are actually luxury, unlike this place) with better rates (+ breakfast) so definitely look around. Rooms are clean just not worth what they ask. The place definitely needs a remodel. DO NOT BOOK, look elsewhere.
