N	Navneet Sahota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiance and I had booked a 3-day stay at this hotel for our honeymoon trip to Greece & Italy right after our wedding. Unfortunately, a couple of days before the wedding, my fiance's brother passed away and the wedding and honeymoon had to be postponed. Understanding that we had booked a non-refundable reservation, we reached out to the hotel to see if there was anything that they could possibly do to support us during this difficult time and to help get some of our money back or at least a credit for the future. Unfortunately, all the hotel cared about was the money. They told us that since we got a "lower rate", they couldn't do anything about it. So disappointing and disheartening considering that there was still 14-days left before we would've checked into this hotel. We will definitely not be returning to the hotel in the future or will make sure our friends/family also do not either.
O	Owen Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely great place to stay. The owner was such a delightful. She made the trek up the stairs worth it. So very gracious and caring. Location was perfect for activities and eating.
K	Krisia Vaca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great 2 star hotel, we loved it because it was located in a very central location where it is close to every sightseeing and touristic spots yet its not packed with tourist. although it does get a bit loud at night but the windows are sound proof so as long as their closed you should be fine. We had a room with a Juliet balcony facing Piazza Barberini that made having breakfast breakfast in bed even better. speaking about breakfast this hotel serves i must say a really good breakfast nothing fancy but just what you need to start your day. Coffee, cappuccino, espresso or tea accompanied by croissant, cookies, yogurt and juice. the only thing we weren't a fan of was the fact that it was on the last floor and no elevator. so a tip to you make sure you turn on the lights as you go up because the turn off automatically. other than that i definitely recommend it.
S	Stephen Franchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice stay here. Clean and comfortable rooms. You did need to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to your room but it wasn’t too bad. Nice location in terms of being central to the major tourist spots. We walked everywhere in Rome and found our hotel to be in the middle of most of them. The signage out side the hotel is very hard to see, especially after a long day of travel. We would stay here again!
