well, I don't know from where I should start, it was easy to find due to an excellent location, but than, it became a totally different story. It should be a 4 star hotel and I booked it for the good price and that, but I didn't expect that there is no Porter staff was available in check-in and check-out too, no room service and phone was not working, AC wasn't working properly specially that I stayed in the end of August and still could feel it, and breakfast was really a disaster. oh yeah, I had to carry my luggage down from the 3rd floor, because the elevator was out of order too. Hotel Sistina is conveniently located in the heart of Rome, near Palazzo Barberini. Its style is warm, the wood on the walls welcomes you when back for sleep. The room is large, with plenty of space, as well as the bed, really comfortable. I could only sleep few hours to catch my plane the following morning, but appreciated the kindness of personnel. Price is reasonable, considering the amazing location.

The place of the hotel in the city is perfect. Just 3 minutes walking from fountain de Triton, metro, 7 minutes walking from fountain de Trevi. A lot of restaurants and shops around. The stuff wad very nice, the breakfast a bit poor as for me, no vegetables at all. The bed is very hard and pillow not comfortable. A single room has very small & short bed so our friend haf to change it with extra payment. Rooms was clean enough, but had unplug small. Aeration helped a lot.

Really cute hotel. Close to everything. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Amazing restaurant round the corner called osteria barberini. Room was big enough and really large bathroom. Only downside was the breakfast but I think it's a British thing. Used to having hot food for breakfast

amazing staff, they are incredibly nice and helpful, the hotel is clean and beautiful. also liked the breakfast. whats the most important thing is, it located near everything, i spent all my vacation walking all around, the Colosseum, the Vatican etc., all by foot. anyway the metro is exactly 2 stations after the main train station and 1 minute walk to the hotel.

The rooms are incredibly small, the WiFi is barely functional, the breakfast is just palpable and most of the staff seems to hate their job. The only good thing is the location. It may technically be a 4-star hotel, but it definitely does not feel like one.

Rooms are ok, reception looks like typical French 2* trying to look like 4* but the rooms are better. Breakfast buffet pretty standard. Convenient and pretty nice location but in a back street. Free WiFi is good, staff try hard but definitely not a 4 star hotel

Great location just down the street from the Spanish steps. Public transportation nearby. Friendly staff. Room was small but but clean... plus I wasn’t in Rome to spend time in my room so it more than suited my needs. Bathrooms appeared to be newly remodeled. Great value for the money! Breakfast was pretty simple but overall I was satisfied.
