★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Not Stay at Frattina Rooms. Just like the other reviewer, we were charged for something we did not use. In fact, all the headache caused by these people prompted me to post a one-star review, which I do not enjoy writing. I'm posting on my mother's behalf, who had a nightmare-ish experience staying at Frattina Rooms. They offered to have a driver for her to the airport and pre-charged my mother. When the time came, the driver was a no show. My mother waited and meanwhile tried contacting their client services. When they finally answered, an unfulfilled apology was made (and a weak excuse, claiming the driver was sick. One would expect a notice if that were the case!). This was not the worst part, which was the aftermath of chasing for the refund. They sent us on numerous runarounds for weeks. Asking for swift/iban numbers (all of which we provided) and now it's been over two months and still nothing as been refunded. We demand an apology and a swift refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location well appointed clean rooms at a great price. Everything is within walking tickets. No need for multi metro tickets here. Just walk. 6 room guesthouse with hotel quality rooms. Just sort out early check out and would be perfect. Comfy bed. All toiletries you need. Right around the corner from Spanish steps in the heart of the shopping area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location and service provided by Deborah. The rooms were exactly similar to the photos. The high ceilings had an airy feel to the room. Location was close to some amazing shopping and restaurants. Will stay here when returning to Rome. Thank you debroah for making our stay relaxed and headache free.
