Sono entrato insieme ad un amico e siamo usciti perché non ci piaceva nulla! Ci insegue un commesso, alquanto provato e piuttosto trasandato, con i capelli lunghi e sporchi, urlandoci contro che se uscivamo in quel modo sicuramente pensava che avessimo rubato! Inutile dire che non proverò mai più ad entrarci! Ah caro commesso... si lavi i capelli e una buona dose di xaxan ?

Sono entrato qualche minuto fa con un amico per fargli vedere un vestitino brillantinato che volevo regalare per un compleanno. Tempo che entriamo il mio amico esce per fare cenno a una nostra amica che ci aveva raggiunto e subito dopo rientra. Una volta visto il prezzo siamo usciti per l’ultima volta dal negozio per metterci d’accordo con altre persone visto che era un regalo in comune e fatti nemmeno duecento metri ci raggiunge il commesso che era in turno, di corsa , accusando il mio amico di aver avuto un comportamento tale da fargli pensare che stesse rubando nonostante : 1. Non avessimo borse con noi; 2. Non si tratta in questo modo due clienti di cui uno doveva fare un acquisto 3. Ho lavorato anche io per vari negozi e brand con il conta ingressi e anche in quella via . La gente che fa avanti indietro c’è e ci sarà sempre ma la qualità di un negozio non si basa su un numero di ingressi ma su quanto riesce a incassare a fine giornata secondo quelli che sono i Badget del negozio basandosi sullo storico. Accusare così un ragazzo davanti ad altre persone lo trovo veramente maleducato e scortese e l’uscita dal negozio poco professionale visto che c’erano altri clienti dentro. Detto ciò spero che il punto vendita scelga meglio i suoi commessi e sopratutto che li sappia dare un’etica comportamentale che a quanto pare non hanno. Veramente deluso.

Once we saw the price, we left the shop for the last time to agree with other people as it was a shared gift and, after not even two hundred meters, the salesman who was on duty reaches us, running, accusing my friend that he behaved in such a way that he thought he was stealing despite: 1. We did not have bags with us; 2. This is not about two customers one of whom had to make a purchase 3. I also worked for various shops and brands with the entrance counter and also in that street. There are and will always be people who come back and forth, but the quality of a shop is not based on a number of entries but on how much it manages to collect at the end of the day according to the store's Badgets based on the history. I find it really rude and rude to accuse a guy in front of other people, and leaving the shop unprofessional since there were other customers inside. Having said that, I hope that the store chooses its salespeople better and above all that it knows how to give them a behavioral ethic that they apparently do not have. Really disappointed.

I capi sono di ottima qualità, e di sartoria....le taglie son perfette....le commesse entrambe cortesi ma io ho una preferenza...Fabiana che anche se giovane è molto competente e preparata...ultima cosa....ti accolgono con un sorriso che non guasta mai e rende tutto più semplice e spontaneo!!!! Lo consiglio assolutamente!!!!?
The garments are of excellent quality, and tailored .... the sizes are perfect .... the orders both courteous but I have a preference ... Fabiana who, even if young, is very competent and prepared ... last thing. ... they welcome you with a smile that never hurts and makes everything simpler and more spontaneous !!!! I absolutely recommend it !!!! ?

Fabiana and Jada were great (I hope I spelled their names right!) They gave very smart fashion advices, they were very thorough in their options, and the combinations they offered were more than appropriate. It is clear that their work is a pleasure for them and fashion is their element. You can spend a full day there talking all about clothes and you wouldn’t get bored. They have the typical Italian hospitality, incredibly friendly, (they even recommended a good Hosteria that we later visited and liked very much). Their English was good, we had lengthy conversations and language was hardly a barrier. Both of them were quick and handy, they navigated around the store aptly. It goes without saying that the store and their changing rooms were comfortable and clean and they had a bigger mirror outside for a better look. They made us feel at home trying new clothes and incredibly helpful when it came to shopping presents for our relatives back home. If you like the Falconeri brand, you’re in safe hands! :-) Lots of love and “Blagodaria”, - Kalina & Emilia
