★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today at your store on Via Frattina (Rome), a male salesman was absurdly rude to my mother, yelling at her, looking down on her and leaving her completely shaken and embarrassed. I would like to know how you can let such people deal with your customers this way, it is disgusting behavior. I would like to hear that he received some sort of warning.
