Essa è specializzata in cashmere, abbigliamento di alta qualità, tra i suoi clienti spicca anche Leonardo di Caprio. Il marchio esprime stile ed eleganza, nella boutique vi accoglierà personale cortese e professionale. Sono stata ospite ad eventi del brand in atelier prestigiosi. Gli eventi sono stati curati nei minimi dettagli, l'atmosfera era raffinata e di gran classe! Personalmente di Brunello Cucinelli apprezzo l'alta moda e la sua filosofia, che punta a valorizzare l'uomo. Complimenti!

Spettacolare in tutti i sensi.. ambiente esclusivo.. abiti con taglio di una classe davvero unica..Maglieria superlativa così come i prezzi ?Comunque tutto eccezionale

I am a Chinese visitor who went this boutique in April 2016. Here is my story: I have been living in London for a while, and I know this brand and did like this brand. However, my experience in this boutique in Rome was horrible. I first walked towards the men’s collection and a pair of blue and black leather trainers attracted me, so I asked a male assistance to bring me a pair of the shoes in size 42. But this assistance seemed not to be very willing to bring the size 42 and then let me tried the shoes in size 41.5 which are display. So I tried them and they were very tight for me. Then this guy reluctantly went to upstairs and took a pair of shows in size 42, but in a completely different style. OK, it’s fine, I tried them. And ridiculous things happened, this guy started to tell me that their brand always uses the best materials and they are the best. Even Hermes and Loro Piana cannot compete with their brand. And he stressed that because this pair of shoes cost more than 550 euros, it must be the best.I was immediately petrified and truly speechless. Importantly, this male assistance’s English was pretty bad. I understand most Italians have a strong accent when speaking English and I am confident I can understand this Italian accent as I have a language background of Italian. But when I ask him “Is this calfskin”, he completely didn’t know what the word ‘calf’ meant. How could a staff in a fashion boutique do not know the word ‘calf’？ When I said to him I didn’t like the fabric of the latchets as it is easy to get dirty，and he said three different latchets had been prepared for each pair of the shoes. I asked him if these latchets are made by different materials, he didn’t answer me and even refused to let me have a look at the other latchets, he was just saying ‘three different, three different and three different’. When I asked him again, he finally answered me that these three latchets were made by same materials and just in different colours. I felt so exhausted to communicate with this assistant, so I gave up the shoes. Then I went to the women section and thought maybe I could buy asked scarf for my mother. I pointed a grey scarf and asked a female assistance “what is the fabric of this scarf?” And astonishingly, she just replied me “Depends”. She even did want to check the label and tell me the exact material composition. Conclusion: I went to another fashion boutique, and got decent services and things what I wanted.

This brand used to represent well made clothing at high but fair prices. Now the Americans have gone crazy for the brand and it sells nothing special t shirts and trainers and the like to people who are willing to spend thousands just for a label.
