Beautiful shop, well-prepared shopkeepers, Saturday morning I was served by a kind and helpful girl who I think was called Bianca. I was very satisfied by his welcome and I will definitely be back to buy, beautiful many lines and with the 50% discount is really a unique opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super poor experience in this store and at first I thought my review would be unjustified looking at the other reviews but those ones are over a year old. There were no signs that say “ask for assistance to touch merchandise” “please don’t touch” etc, and when I was looking at a bag 2 feet from the front door I was met with a “can I help you” with an insane attitude-very flat and sarcastic. With my budget I could have bought 5-10 bags of theirs but in what was consequence to the man’s behavior-I was not going to be buying from there. I get if you’re trying to give a vibe of luxury store but being rude to customers who you pre judged as not being able to buy does not make for a luxury brand. Every other luxury store offers a personal assistant to shop who are beyond kind. I love eclectic style and these bags were so fun but I would absolutely not return to this store.
