★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an hermes account more than 7 countries worldwide ,,, this is the WORST ,, I was surprised with this kind of rudeness,, i wanted a birkin bag and she said it’s a waiting list so I said it’s fine I’m looking for a scarf she gave me one and I said I will take it ,,, she left us and went to chat with a friend and laugh and left us for more than 10 minutes,, we stood up to walk out and she followed us and asked u want your stuff or no ,, I said no she said ok and started laughing again ,,, bad bad service

I want to share my Hermes Rome experience with you. following an email that I attach to the review I came to Rome because I wanted to order a bag, when I arrived at the store I was informed that nothing can be ordered in December, and I was shipped without another explanation. they can only characterize the lack of respect and unprofessionalism on the part of a brand that wants to be the first in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were very slow in helping us, initially fir first 10 minutes we were ignored and no one was helping us. Once someone helped us, they were excellent and served us very well. The store also had strict policy regarding selling multiple quantities for shoes due to high demand/ low inventory!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is about the store which you enter from Via dei Condotti, not the main store with the entrance on the Via Bocca di Leone. I absolutely loved customer service in Hermes. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the person who helped me with picking the shawl, but I must say that she did her absolute best, was very friendly and helpful and showed me multiple ways of wearing the shawl. My husband and I spent ages trying to choose between the patterns and the colours, and she was extremely patient with us. Thank you again for making this experience the best! Greetings from Australia
