★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on the last day of my Italian summer holidays. Didn’t have any expectations or wasn’t looking for anything in particular. It was my first time in any YSL. Nevertheless, Claudia, the store director, was very friendly from the beginning. She made feel welcomed and was very pleasing with all of my requests. She listened attentively and then helped me make my final decision. There was a gentleman at the store who was very kind as well, but I didn’t get his name. My experience was fantastic and I recommend this boutique to anyone interested in some good YSL appreciation.
