Until i got a ring and went all the way back to my country just to realize they sold me the showed version
Which wasn’t a big deal for me until a friend saw it and the ring was covered with scratches etc
I even took it to the nearest branch for me and the employee thought i had the ring for over a year.
While I only used it for twice since I bought it.
I actually didn’t even look once I’m in the store because I thought that it was just a standard to sell new or at least clean jewelry from such a high brand.
Bad impression for me and I don’t think I’ll ever comeback to Rome branch.
