★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Disco Soho from here as I heard that it was going to be discontinued. Sales person -Ypynyak (Yeugeniy) The packaging was nice, but once I unpacked it at home, i noticed glue-like substance along the bottom of the piping, it was also crooked with discolouration. One stitch at the bottom of the logo was also coming out. Super obvious, clearly the sales did not even inspect or gave me the flawed merchandise on purpose. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY GUCCI PURCHASE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One staff i've met this Gucci women was really rude. I bought a bag in this shop. Of course this boutique is not a supermarket but she made me feel like that because she was really hurry to do everything. She forced us to pay even we didn't say that we will buy it. she didn't show us the product(new one) before she wrapping up. When we asked her to show the actual product, she told us she've already let us show and talked to us very aggressively. So we gave up to see the detail.
the worst thing was the moment when we unpack the product after going back to our country. the handle had been broken up already like the photo.
My mother had to visit Gucci store in Korea and requested to change. It would take 2-3wks for the process.......
I assume that she wanted to finish(?) us ASAP and serve another customer so that she could get more commission.
I don't think we spent a lot of time. (We spent about 20min) when i saw the other customers, they were relaxing to buy and they are not that hurry like us.
I've visited Gucci outlet shop in Firenze last week, but for me this boutique was much worse than the outlet.
Even i bought a expensive bag, i felt like i was kicked off when i go out the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have many items that are not available online ?, however they dont know some products I’m looking for.
Anyway the staffs are nice and helpful.
It does take a bit of time for the payment process.
The Gucci shop is always busy even though other brands are relatively empty...
I also think that men’s products are way more attractive than the women’s for some reasons. It’s ashamed that they use a lot of leather compared to a few years ago when we had more range of canvas/ pvc products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a bag on 4/23/22 while on vacation in Rome. The next day when I arrived back to the USA and unwrapped my purse, I noticed I was given a different color strap than the one I tried on in store. I’ve reached out to the store and online to see if they could swap it out, but I’ve been told they can’t. Super upset at this, as we all know their bags aren’t cheap. I’m willing to pay shipping costs, but still no help.
