Ringrazio in particolar modo Giulia oltre che tutto il team perché mi hanno aiutato a realizzare un piccolo sogno, interfacciandosi anche con altre boutique all'estero. Consiglierò la boutique di via Condotti ai miei amici e sicuramente farò altri acquisti in futuro.

Invece mi ha dato una busta grande con un catalogo che pesa tantissimo, niente "auguri" ma solo quel solito sorriso professionale. Che delusione, mi dispiace per loro. Being their client, on my birthday I received two calls and a text message, because there is a gift to collect. I went to the shop on Via Condotti, hoping to find a nice greeting card. Instead he gave me a large envelope with a catalog that weighs a lot, no "wishes" but just that usual professional smile. What a disappointment, I'm sorry for them. I had visited a different location first that didn’t have much selection or hospitality and am so glad my first purchase wasn’t there. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to make their first purchase from people who are as excited about the brand and items as you are. It was also a lovely learning experience as I explored their display of original Vintage alhambra pieces! Great store!
