We were served by Manila, she was absolutely amazing and very helpful, she answered all out questions patiently and always with a genuine smile on her face. This store has the best location and the variety of bags that they have is great. I fully recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into this location last week and was served by Sophie (she was in training). She was absolutely amazing. She helped me locate what I was shopping for and answered all of my questions. She was very helpful, sweet and professional. A few days later I came in to get items personalized and other sales assistants were very accommodating as well. Definitely recommend this location, although it is the smaller location out of the two in that specific area, the staff definitely makes up for it.

2. To make things worse, the shop does not limit the guests to fit the capacity but keeps allowing more and more people to in.
3. We met the worse and the rudest SA of all time. It hurts my heart to see that although there have been many 1 Star reviews with constructive suggestions on bad service, the store has not take the time or the effort to improve on it. The SA treated us rudely, and even yelled at us. We bought 5 items in total, including two bags. We did not receive a warmer attitude but an impatient yell while paying.

The consultant would accompany us to the upper floor- gentleman section .
We received perfect choices and recommendations.
The item was personalised with initials printed on the leather part within minutes after purchase all inclusive.
Looking forward to seeing the premises again with the whole latest collection. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady wanted a purse, and with the Euro only $1.14 to the USD Louis Vuitton's "Neverfull" clocked in at $540 less than the price at home after tax rebates. Not personally a fan of the brand, customer service nevertheless set an unparalleled standard and the store itself is gorgeous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I told myself I would never shop here again as I was served by a relatively rude shop assistant. Anyway I came back as I needed to buy something but this time the staffs were nice and friendly.
Simon and Davide are very helpful and I finally I found what I was hunting for (I visited many other branches before).
This branch is surely much better than the ones in Paris and Bangkok where the staffs are really really rude and unhelpful.

I purchased a few things since I can saved few dollars compared to purchasing in the USA. I love this place is huge. I’ll come back here again.
