E	Eve Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was thoroughly annoyed by the staff at this location. We asked for the transaction to be done in euros to avoid the markup and they charged usd. When the receipt came out for us to sign we asked why it said usd and she said it is in euros. We pointed her to the markup fee listed on the receipt and she said there was nothing she could do because there was an issue with the connection of the machine. We asked her to void the transaction and refund us, and to try again. She was annoyed but did as we asked and the transaction went through in euros. I just didn’t understand the lies and awkward conversation that had to occur because of this. They also stuffed all my tax refund papers, receipts, and cc charge receipt into the tax refund envelope. If it was my first time doing the tax refund process then it’d be really confusing with the additional documents in the envelope. They usually also place the receipt in a separate Celine envelope. I walked out with my purchase but was never offered a drink. Definitely expected better service from a “luxury goods” store. This experience left such a bad impression. If you want to get Celine goods I would recommend heading to another store.

There was a lady who works in store for 23years and her team are super cute and friendly, no matter what race you are. They will do the best and try speak your language to understand what you need. Great helper! Thank you for your time serving us!
