the service is chilling (an absolute inability to frame and follow the customer ...) I finished the purchase only out of haste and respect towards the person who accompanied me. but for sure I'm not going back and I don't recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I took a Buccellati watch into the Rome store to have a couple of wrist band links removed. They were not helpful at all. They said they had no tools to do it as it is an older model. So are Buccellati watches now disposable? They can't even perform a simple link removal on their own watches? Very disappointed. Nor could they recommend me to a competent watch repair facility.
