Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile a chiarire dubbi, elencare caratteristiche e a consigliare diverse alternative in caso di incertezza da parte del cliente.
Molto affidabili ed estremamente puntuali con i servizi accessori (io ad esempio ne ho usufruito per far restringere un anello da regalare) e se possono la spedizione la offrono a carico loro.
Più che soddisfatto, continuerò ad affidarmi a loro. Di sicuro un punto di riferimento per chiunque desideri acquistare un gioiello di qualità.
