★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una piazza amata dai romani, la boutique ha i pezzi più belli e ricercati del brand. Il personale è il vero valore aggiunto per competenza, gentilezza ma soprattutto perchè ti ricevono in maniera garbata e informale facendoti sentire a proprio agio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato mattina, nessun'altro cliente nella boutique: abbiamo chiesto di provare un'anello d'argento visto sul sito web della Pomellato. Ci è stato risposto con disinvoltura che la collezione argento non è disponible in questo negozio e che questo è l'unico negozio a Roma. Non ci hanno proposto di aiutarci per scegliere la misura giusta per poter ordinarlo. Visita sgradevole e del tutto inutile...finalmente siamo andati da Hermes.
Saturday morning, no other customer in the boutique: we asked to try a silver ring seen on the Pomellato website. We were answered with ease that the silver collection is not available in this store and that this is the only store in Rome. They did not propose to help us to choose the right size to order it. Unpleasant and totally useless visit ... finally we went to Hermes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato in questa boutique un anello a mia moglie ad Agosto, dopo averlo indossato 3 volte si è staccato un diamante. Lo abbiamo riportato in negozio ad Ottobre ed invece di cambiarlo in garanzia lo hanno mandato a riparare , oggi dopo 3 mesi ancora non siamo riusciti a riaverlo ne a sapere quando sarà pronto.
I bought a ring for my wife in this boutique in August, after wearing it 3 times a diamond came off. We brought it back to the shop in October and instead of changing it under warranty they sent it to repair, today after 3 months we still haven't been able to get it back and know when it will be ready.
