Ho acquistato per mia moglie un anello della linea Dicon presso un concessionario, e dopo due settimane una delle D in oro si è staccata e persa. Essendo di Roma sono andato presso il negozio in Via Condotti e mi ha accolto un commesso che appena ha capito che si trattava di una rogna, si è allontanato ed ha lasciato intervenire una ragazza che ha PROVATO a giustificare il suo collega ( arrogante e maleducato ) e quanto accaduto all'anello! Lascio l'anello per farlo riparare e dopo un mese ancora non avevo avuto nessuna comunicazione. Li chiamo e lo stesso commesso mi risponde candidamente che avevano dimenticato di chiamarmi per avvisarmi che l'anello era li e potevo passare a ritiralo. Arrivo in negozio e, sempre lo stesso commesso, appena mi vede scappa a nascondersi. Mi dicono che non dovevo nulla per la riparazione ( e vorrei vedere). Bad experience! I bought a Dicon line ring for my wife from a dealer, and after two weeks one of the gold D's fell off and lost. Being from Rome, I went to the shop in Via Condotti and I was greeted by a salesman who as soon as he realized that it was a mange, walked away and let a girl intervene who tried to justify her colleague (arrogant and rude) and what happened to the ring! I leave the ring to have it repaired and after a month I still hadn't had any communication. I call them and the salesman himself replies candidly that they had forgotten to call me to warn me that the ring was there and I could go and pick it up. I arrive at the shop and, still the same clerk, as soon as he sees me he runs away to hide. They tell me I owed nothing for the repair (and I would like to see).
