L'assistenza diciamo tecnica sulle borse Γ¨ molto da migliorare, facendo un confronto con gli altri competitors i tempi di attesa sono davvero lunghi, hanno poca attenzione al prodotto che torna al cliente.. non so se Γ¨ un problema di controllo qualitΓ mancante o del laboratorio che non supervisiona la lavorazione/riparazione effettuata...
Tornando al negozio, i faretti purtroppo rendono l'ambiente troppo caldo e poco piacevole lo shopping.. I manichini non fanno onore ai capi di abbigliamento esposti... purtroppo non Γ¨ da piΓΉ di due stelle
Large shop, on two floors. Very professional welcome at the entrance. The technical assistance on the bags needs to be improved, making a comparison with other competitors the waiting times are really long, they have little attention to the product that returns to the customer .. I do not know if it is a missing quality control problem or of the laboratory that does not supervise the processing / repair carried out ...
Returning to the shop, the spotlights unfortunately make the environment too warm and unpleasant for shopping .. The mannequins do not do justice to the items of clothing on display ... unfortunately it is not more than two stars

β β β β β Extremely unprofessional and rude. Upon entering the store, one greeter spoke to her co-worker in Italian, but casually let slip one word, "cheap", after she looked my fiance and myself up and down. We both, appalled at such horrible treatment after entering the store, immediately left and took our business to Gucci nearby who were not only friendly, but went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

β β β β β Appalling customer service. Staff unable to handle the simplest of social interaction. Not to mention, when you walk into a high end store looking to spend money on their clothes, you expect to be treated with respect and dignity. My wife was left in tears after just 5 minutes after being in this excuse of a store. This is what I call a disgrace to city of Rome and Italy as a whole. I would hope Prada herself would read this and be disappointed. Instead of making women feel beautiful and bold wearing her clothing they are degraded by her employees. I am not impressed
