★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were in Rome in June of 2015 and stopped by the new flagship store. It was beautiful and elegant with gorgeous marble, modern and classic design and friendly staff. Pablo in the men's department gave us a tour of the store, and showed us various options for menswear that we didn't know about. Afterwards he recommend a local and delicious restaurant for us to have dinner at. It was an amazing experience and very beautiful. I would recommend anyone visit the store and ask for Pablo if you go, he is so nice and patient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so so so disappointed on how the doorman treated me and other guests!
So I came today at around 12pm to shop for something specific. When I was about to enter the door man asked me to wait for few minutes because the store was in full capacity. As I waited other guests tried to enter and he told them to wait after me as well.
While waiting, after 10 minutes a lady crossed me and the line saying “ she’s here for a pick up “! So the door man let her in!
Okay.. so I waited more for another 20 minutes (now it’s total of 30 minutes of waiting!!!) another lady, Italian, with a RUDE RUDE attitude, doesn’t speak English skips and crosses the line and enters as the door man was opening the door to let me in.. and she talks in Italian that she was here “ prima “ and the door man agreed with her! And he said to me yeah she was here and she deserve to enter before you!! They both were very rude and LIARS!!! it was a horrible experience and I then realized how Italians are so impolite and don’t follow rules and I can go on and on about how horrible they are to tourists to their country!
Valentino lost a customer and I was going to buy a 3k€ worth of stuff for my self and sisters but instead I left disappointed and spent my money at Fendi who there helped me and treated me like a queen!!
