1h di attesa per entrare, con una sola cliente in negozio, dopo aver chiesto informazione sul nostro turno, la loro giustificazione è ricaduta sul fatto che il personale fosse in pausa, nonostante ci fossero due commessi liberi.
Vari clienti sono andati via stufi dell’attesa e della scortesia dei dipendenti. Ci eravamo recati a Roma proprio per acquistare da loro e per vivere un’esperienza d’acquisto unica, in realtà ci siamo ritrovati con le mani e mani ed una profonda delusione. A questo punto meglio acquistare online.
