β β β β β Full of racist in the shop. The shop decides to sell products only depend on your nationality. I canβt expect that would have happened in the top luxury shop. Passed the case to a lawyer for follow-up. Please donβt go there anymore.

β β β β β In contrast to many negative reviews, I was welcomed by staffs when I entered and was shown the way when I mentioned what I was looking for. I think going around their opening time (not too crowded yet) and being very clear about what I wanted helped (quick to check out).
Of course it took a while to complete the purchase and the whole documentation, but I was served with a drink and enjoyed watching the rest of the products other shoppers were considering.

β β β β β The SA was friendly. The last Chanel caviar double flap sold he callled the other store 300 meters away to check if they have it. And they do. Even better because they have it in gold hardware.

β β β β β Service was terrible. You would go in and sit there for 30mins meanwhile there were 5 people standing around not even asking if you need anything. There are better name brand stores around that deserve your money.

β β β β β Went in to buy my first chanel bag. I told the sales assistant what bag I was looking for and just got 3 words: βwe donβt haveβ. No other colour or model suggestions, nothing. Was in and out in 1 minute. Bought a Fendi peekaboo a day later and got amazing service there.

β β β β β Even though it was very crowded by the time I visited (nearly 3 years ago), the service is amazing. Sales associates are very helpful and you can tell that they are very informed by the detailed answers they give to your questions. It might be hard to find what you are looking for sincd they hava a lot of customers and limited amount of inventory but I totally recommending due to very good experience!
