★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning to all touristsssss!!!!! DO NOT but DO NOT go exchange your money at any of this company. They will screw you over with a 19% hidden fee plus another 8:50$ fix fee. They show you the lowest rate on the outside boards but, will never tell you about their hidden fee. The guy told me to read the small text, that was not even written in English, only in Italian. He then tells me you didn't ask me. Hence, I asked him to give the money back and he said I can't it's registered. AVOID at all cost people. I never wrote any reviews before but this one really pissed me off and I don't like being screwed or other people.
There is also one infront of the Termini Roma beside McDonald's it's the same company AVOIDDDDD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serious rip off - they charged 20% commission, plus 8 euro service fee, without telling us upfront that a commission would be charged. As soon as we saw that we were getting 133 euros for 200 usd, we asked to cancel the transaction, at which time we were told that they made no refunds after transaction is competed. No manager to talk to and no business card or name of the rep was provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE. BIG RIP OFF. Do not use to exchange any money. They are complete rip off. I made mistake of not reviewing them before using. Completely agree with previous review. They charged 20% commission, plus 8 euro service fee, without telling us upfront that a commission would be charged. I asked to cancel the transaction, at which time we were told that they made no refunds after transaction is competed. Do not use their ATM machine either. Please read fine prints. Do not give them money because they will not give you back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to agree with the rest of the reviews, this place is highway robbery at it's finest. I handed them a $100 USD and was given back $55 euro. I know I should have asked more questions and that's on me - but when you go to the store front it all looks legit and nice. Looking at the receipt they charged a 20% commission. Total jokes - please stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID!!!! I wish I would have yelped this place before stopping. They’re major scammers. We confirmed the amount that we were getting and after they had us sign receipt for the transaction they gave us 70% of the actual exchange they told us about, they never stated they were taking a 30% commission. We asked to cancel the transaction but why said it was already completed (because of the receipt signing). They said they can’t do refunds because it’s illegal. Please completely avoid this place.

Gave them $286 and they only gave me 182,45 euros. Should’ve received about 259,20 euros. 73 euros missing? They charged a 20% fee (didn’t tell me beforehand) and lower exchange rate. I said the rate was incorrect and she tricked me saying the online rates are false and can not return the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before going here. I fell for the posted rates on the sign and didn't know how badly I got ripped off until she handed me my money. I tried to cancel the transaction but they wouldn't let me. They lured me into exchanging more than I planned to by offering a "better" rate on a larger amount then they took 20% right off the top and no matter how I calculated I was still about 5% short on top of the 20% ripoff. STEER CLEAR OF THIS IF YOU CAN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an extremely poor experience here today the only one in our 5 days visiting Rome .Very poor exchange rate with a very high commission rate without explanation until we questioned.We were referred to a sign .Would not recommend changing anything here .Rude !
