★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically they SCAM you. I had my hotel person call and they told him that the exchange rate would be 0.80 euroes for 1 USD (market rate today 0.86 euroes to 1 USD). When I showed up, he gave me 0.67 euroes for 1USD. And so basically in exchanging $200 USD, I lost out on 50+ euroes. And when I asked the guy about it (who refused to tell me his name), he told me I was wrong and he wouldn’t do anything about it. I have used Ria before without being scammed like this, so I am furious and will know never to use them again. Do NOT recommend. Avoid at all costs (because it will cost you …)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online conversion rate for USD->EUR was like 0.88, but when I came to this office they told me that rate will be like 0.68 for no reason.
I’m highly recommend to be very careful and check the conversion rate.
