Yesterday I just wanted to change 20 Β£. They gave me 17.60 euro. The course of British Β£ is now Β£1 = β¬1.40. So they have stolen me about 7 euro !!! I don't recommend absolutely to go this company! Hope the government will close it soon for cheating people !

β β β β β AVOID - SCAM - I asked how much the fee was, they said $9.90 Euro flat rate. They charge 20% + $9.90 and you don't find out until after the transaction is done. FRAUD and a complete scam. The ATM machines charge you around or less than 5%, never ever ever ever go to one of these booths, no matter what the name is. FRAUD.

β β β β β One start - as forced top evaluate -- you need to add negative stars. FRAUD with no end. 100 CHF = 59.60 β¬. They do not mention the amount. In switzerland when u hand the money they communivcate the total to enable you to agree or refuse - this is the worst experience I had in my life.

β β β β β FRAUD! Ask for the total amount before giving them any money. They only give/repeat to you the exchange rate instead of giving you the total to mislead you and don't tell you about their 20% commission until the transaction is done and you can't do anything anymore. They protect themselves legally by writing it in very small print on the window. THIEVES!!!! LIARS!!!! you can't say the employees are only doing their job when they are so actively taking part in the scam.

β β β β β Don't be fooled by their good location and reliable appearance!!!
They will ask you to sign after exchanging money at a ridiculous exchange rate. If you notice something wrong after receiving the money and ask for a refund or cancellation, they won't accept it.
They're scammers, and they've ruined my image of Italy!!!
I sincerely hope that other travelers will see this review and visit another currency exchange office!!!
