★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves . Do NOT exchange money in this place . 19.8% hidden fee plus 8.50 fee for service . Legal rate for Euro was 1.22. At this place I paid 1.72 dollar per Euro. Avoid at any cost . This should be reported to governmental offices.

and paid the price got ripped off with very high commission fees around 20% :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning to all touristsssss!!!!! DO NOT but DO NOT go exchange your money at any of this company. They will screw you over with a 19% hidden fee plus another 8:50$ fix fee. They show you the lowest rate on the outside boards but, will never tell you about their hidden fee. The guy told me to read the small text, that was not even written in English, only in Italian. He then tells me you didn't ask me. Hence, I asked him to give the money back and he said I can't it's registered. AVOID at all cost people. I never wrote any reviews before but this one really pissed me off and I don't like being screwed or other people.
There is also one infront of the Termini Roma beside McDonald's it's the same company AVOIDDDDD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Change Italia is absolutely terrible. The service rep completed the exchange without telling me how much I would get or informing me of the several fees they charge. They charged a 20% fee, plus a fixed fee.
When I asked why he didn’t inform me of the exchange amount or fees he rudely said “you didn’t ask”.
I then requested a refund and he refused.
Terrible fees and horrible service!
