★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop assistants in this shop are very professional and they do their best to help clients find their fit. Nothwitstanding the variety of models, I have the impression that the quality of this shoes' brand went really down. The memory foam is no longer so good and the sole of the foot is too thiny. Not adequate for the Italian market in my view. It seems like the shoes are produced somewhere based on the footprint of a smaller foot. I have been trying on the same shoes in other shops that sell this brand and the sensation didn't change. Then one should either buy a larger number or better give up. No comparison with my old pair; bought more than five years ago and they are still comfortable, soft and washable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited today this store to complaint about our recent purchase from sketchers. Inner sole of the shoes were worn out within 02 months of purchase. Store manager (Maria Elena), not only listened to us patiently but also accommodated us with the best available solution to the situation.
Staff and store manager were polite and very welcoming. This store restored my faith in Sketchers.
Highly recommended!

Their staff was also kind when we had to change the size the next day. They’re also kind when you call on the phone. Highly recommend!
